We're looking for vendors that align with the mission of creating a compassionate and supportive environment where people can gain control over their thoughts and lives, and find strength and resilience in the face of adversity. If you offer unique products or services in the following categories, we encourage you to apply:

What You Get as a Vendor:

  • 6ft. table & 2 chairs (unless stated otherwise)

  • Brand Exposure through event marketing & social media shoutouts

  • Access to a Targeted Audience of engaged attendees

  • Networking & Collaboration opportunities with other vendors and attendees

  • Opportunity to be Featured in Event Promotions



Vendor Fees & Payment Details


Vendor Fee: $125

Payment Due By: March 28, 2025

Payment Method: PayPal



What You Need to Know Before Applying:


  • Vendors must arrive on time for setup and be ready before event doors open.

  • All booths must remain open for the entire event duration (early breakdown is not permitted)

  • Vendors are responsible for their own displays, signage, and point-of-sale equipment.

  • If your business requires electricity or Wi-Fi, please indicate it in the form.

  • Vendors are encourage to promote their participation via their social media channels!

  • Limited spots are available- submitting an application does not guarantee selection



How to Apply


  1. Fill out the vendor application form completely

  2. Submit required documents (business license, logo, product images, etc., if applicable)

  3. Await approval notification via email. If selected, you will receive next steps, including payment details and vendor logistics.
