Payment Due By: March 28, 2025

What You Need to Know Before Applying:
Vendors must arrive on time for setup and be ready before event doors open.
All booths must remain open for the entire event duration (early breakdown is not permitted)
Vendors are responsible for their own displays, signage, and point-of-sale equipment.
If your business requires electricity or Wi-Fi, please indicate it in the form.
Vendors are encourage to promote their participation via their social media channels!
Limited spots are available- submitting an application does not guarantee selection
How to Apply
Fill out the vendor application form completely
Submit required documents (business license, logo, product images, etc., if applicable)
Await approval notification via email. If selected, you will receive next steps, including payment details and vendor logistics.
